Induct Innovation Community  is offered as a cloud based application. Support is included as part of the subscription fee.

Therefore we offer an introduction program taking you and your company through a setup- and training process where our trained and certified realizers and partners will make sure you succeed in your innovation efforts and truly increase your innovation capabilities - already before your kick-off.

After your innovation kick off, our renowned customer satisfaction program kicks in, with support, configuration services and system governance. After all, the tool needs to be managed, changed, updated and adjusted to fit ever changing innovative needs.

  • Support is offered through a combination of 24/7 online help community and e-mail support.
  • Configuration and training services for implementation of Induct solutions is available where required on a customer specific basis.
  • Support for implementation of Innovation methodologies and change management is offered through the Induct certified partner network.
  • Training, where necessary, can be provided, dependent on customer requirements and location, by Induct experts or our certified partners.
