Alf Martin Johansen - Chairman

Alf Martin Johansen has over ten years of experience working in executive and senior financial and consulting roles for both large and small companies. He is a true “Value Chaser,” and is constantly scanning the environment for potential problems and challenges for which he can develop creative solutions. 

Prior to founding Induct, Alf was Chief Financial Officer for CMA Contiki AS, Europe’s leading Enterprise Contract Management (ECM) software vendor and the world’s leading ECM software provider to the Oil & Gas/Energy industries. As an independent consultant to a global company, Alf project-managed the migration of transaction-based accounting activities in Belgium, Italy, Norway, Sweden, and Denmark, to a Shared Service Centre (SSC) located in London. 

Before working as a consultant, Alf was Assistant Finance Director for Norway’s Fast Search & Transfer ASA, now a fully owned Microsoft subsidiary. In addition, Alf has served as a Board member of one company and Chairman of the Board of two companies. Alf holds a Master of Business and Economics Degree from the Norwegian School of Management, where he has also completed the “Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Silicon Valley” course of study.

 

maritMarit Lambrechts - Board Member

Marit has long experience as an executive from the healthcare sector.  She brings more than 20 years of broad international experience in start-up, construction and management of companies and research units. Previously CEO for of Alliance-Boots pharmacy chain with over 3 billion NOK turnover and more than a thousand employees. Extensive experience in business development, concept development, R & D, consolidation of operations and integration of different cultures. Created value through the management of interdisciplinary teams within complex frameworks amidst major changes.

She holds a PhD from the University of Oslo, marketing and organizational development from BI, strategic management from INSEAD.

 

robinJ. Robin Waaler - Board Member

Robin is a Member of the Supervisory Board for Polytechnic Society (Polyteknisk Forening/PF,) Norway’s most important debating forum after the Norwegian Parliament, Chairman of Polytechnic Society’s Group for Leadership, Vice-chairman and Board member of Norway’s National Association Against Drugs, and Mentor for The Norwegian School of Management’s (Handelshøyskolen BI) International Mentor program for both Bachelors and Masters students. He also established a Mentor program for the Entrepreneur School’s Alumni (Gründerskolen, offspring from the University of Oslo), and is Mentor and Chairman of the National Advisory Group for AIESEC (the world’s largest student organization) Norway, and a Member of the Global Council of Board Chairs for AIESEC International.


aageÅge Muren - Board Member

Åge has substantial experience from various management positions with companies in the IT and finance sector, several of which have had a strong international focus and expansion. He gained auditing experience while working for PriceWaterhouseCoopers prior to moving into private corporate management positions.   His primary responsibilities have included finance, accounting, operations, legal, and human resources.

Today working as Management-for-Hire, he last worked as CFO & Director of Operations for Hugin Group BV, a company owned by NYSE Euronext, with operations in 12 European countries and serving clients in 26 countries. His experience also includes being the original Finance & Administration Director for Microsoft subsidiary Fast Search & Transfer (FAST),  supporting their public listing process at the Oslo Stock Exchange.  He also served as Finance Director for Opticom ASA, listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange before being acquired by FAST.

Åge has a broad educational background. He holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics from Norwegian School of Management, majoring in Finance. He is also a Bachelor of Law and Master of Law from University of Oslo, specializing in company law and tax law. In addition he holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Auditing from Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration, and is licensed to practice as a Norwegian State Authorized Public Accountant.
